As part of the ongoing academic collaboration between Iraqi universities, Prof. Dr. Tareq Jawad Kadhim, Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the graduation research discussion committee of the Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Babylon, held on Thursday, April 24, 2025. This participation reflects the prominent academic standing of Al-Mustaqbal University’s faculty members, who are regularly invited to scientific committees and evaluation panels across Iraqi universities—an indication of the university’s strong academic reputation. The session included the discussion of 13 graduation projects, covering various topics related to pollution treatment, modern technologies for monitoring pollutants and noise, soil remediation, and other relevant subjects in the field of environmental engineering and its applications. Officials at the University of Babylon expressed their gratitude and appreciation to Al-Mustaqbal University for its active participation in scientific forums organized by the university. They emphasized that this collaboration reflects a strong academic partnership that plays a vital role in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
