The Department of Studies and Planning is the starting point for knowledge management and keeping up with scientific advancements. It plays a strategic role by providing data and statistics about the college, its departments, and affiliated centers. Additionally, it develops short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans based on comprehensive statistics and data covering all college formations. The department also formulates the student admission plan for each academic year according to labor market requirements, along with establishing new departments, branches, and scientific colleges to advance the educational landscape, keep pace with development, and meet society’s needs for specialists and professionals in various fields of science and knowledge.

Striving diligently to enhance the university s performance (colleges, centers, departments, divisions, and administrative units) to achieve the highest levels of development. The Department of Studies and Planning is responsible for preparing and monitoring the implementation of (university plans, university statistics, and database updates) across all formations by following modern, systematic planning programs based on well-studied standards to streamline work procedures in all fields.
